CIRCLE PINES

APRIL 8

Theft. A 15-year-old boy was cited for theft after he stole a fire extinguisher and was spraying it with some friends on the 100 block of Village Parkway. Police took the youths home.

COON RAPIDS

APRIL 8

Disturbing the peace. A 34-year-old woman reported that a man, 43, had called her nine times after she asked him to stop. Officers contacted him and he said he wanted her to stop contacting him. They were both advised to stop calling one another and to have their numbers blocked.

APRIL 9

Medical. A 19-year-old man on 97th Lane NW was taken to the hospital after he reported that his heart started racing after he smoked marijuana. Another man, 18, at the same location admitted to bringing and smoking the marijuana with him. He was cited for possession of marijuana.

Property damage. Four tires on a vehicle were slashed at an apartment complex on the 1400 block of 100th Avenue NW.

FRIDLEY

APRIL 8

Disorderly conduct. A 20-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct after allegedly threatening residents in an apartment complex on the 5900 block of 2 ½ Street NE.

APRIL 13

Civil dispute. A 38-year-old woman from 5th Street NE reported to police that she lent her vehicle to her on-again, off-again boyfriend and that he had not returned it. She was told it was a civil matter and given options.

APRIL 14

Assist family. An officer mediated an argument among a 47-year-old mother, her 17-year-old daughter and 66-year-old grandmother at a home. The argument was over an upcoming vacation.

APRIL 15

Suspicious activity. A 48-year-old woman gave her 9-year-old son a bullet that he took to his school on the 800 block of Osborne Road NE. It was determined that both the mother and son made bad decisions. The principal was to be notified.

APRIL 16

Animal cruelty. A 48-year-old man was throwing snowballs at waterfowl at an apartment on the 7800 block of East River Road NE. He was upset because they were using his patio as a toilet. Officers told him to find a more appropriate method to dissuade the birds.

LEXINGTON

APRIL 11

Theft. A laptop computer was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 9300 block of Lexington Avenue.

MOUNDS VIEW

APRIL 9

Theft. Someone reportedly stole $4,000 from an apartment on the 2300 block of County Road I.

APRIL 11

Theft. A Bobcat front-end loader worth $20,000 was stolen from the 2400 block of County Road 10.

APRIL 13

Theft. A 1995 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen from the 5500 block of Landmark Circle.

APRIL 14

Assault. A 19-year-man was assaulted at a house party on the 8200 block of Red Oak Drive. Seven juveniles and two adults were cited for underage consumption of alcohol.

APRIL 17

Disturbance. An intoxicated 33-year-old man was cited for trespassing and disorderly conduct and then taken to a detox facility after a disturbance at County Road I and Jackson Drive.

ST. ANTHONY

APRIL 19

Public intoxication. An intoxicated 51-year-old man was taken to a detox facility after he was found passed out in front of Cub Foods at 3930 Silver Lake Rd. His companion, a 50-year-old woman, was also intoxicated, and due to a medical condition she was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
