Theft: A pumpkin was stolen from the 17100 block of Davenport Street NE. Four juveniles were identified and released to the custody of their parents.

Drugs: A 25-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, failure to provide proof of insurance and speeding after he was stopped at Lexington Avenue and West Road.

Burglary: Tools were stolen from a home on the 17400 block of Potomac Street NE. Entry was gained through an unsecured window.

Theft: Two televisions were stolen out of a recreational vehicle on the 13700 block of Lake Drive NE.

Robbery: A food delivery driver was robbed by an unknown male wearing a hockey mask and displaying a handgun in the 6000 block of 2nd Street NE. The suspect took the food and fled.

Theft: A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 3400 block of 133rd Lane NW.
OCT. 27
Theft: Gas was siphoned from a vehicle in the 14700 block of Aberdeen Street NE. A saw was used to cut a hole into the gas tank.

Theft: Tools were stolen from an unlocked shed in the 2000 block of Mapleton Drive NE.

Theft: An ATV was stolen from the back yard of a home in the 100 block of 172nd Lane NE.

Theft: A 49-year-old woman was cited for theft after refusing to pay for items allegedly concealed in her purse and clothing at a business in the 9100 block of South Highway Drive.

Theft: A dump truck was stolen from the 21200 block of Rum River Boulevard NW.

Weapons: Two men were given a verbal warning after they were observed shooting BB guns at a target attached to a fence in the 14100 block of Xenon Street NW.

Theft: A bicycle was stolen from a garage on the 5400 block of Sunwood Drive NW. The garage door had been left open.

Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 6400 block of Hwy. 10 NW.

Theft: A 2004 Pontiac was stolen from the 2500 block of 38th Avenue. It was later recovered, abandoned, in Fridley.
NOV. 14
Theft: A 2007 Toyota was stolen from the parking lot at Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Rd. The keys were left inside the vehicle.
