Michael Jaye Dyer

Dyer, Michael Jaye 6/4/1951 - 12/5/2022 Age 71, passed away December 5th at his home in Naples, Fl. of pancreatic cancer. Michael was preceded in death by parents Betty Faye Dyer and Jaye Floyd Dyer. Born in Oklahoma City, OK on 6/4/1951. He moved to Wayzata, MN in 1962 where he lived until being drafted into the military at age 19. He served two years and returned to Minnesota where he attended St. Cloud State University. Michael is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jill M Dyer of Naples, FL. He is also survived by his son, Joseph Floyd Dyer, wife Laura Riddering, grandson, Kai Riddering Dyer all of Ashville, NC. and daughter Meagan Faye Dyer of Denver, CO. He is also survived by his sisters, Jan Dyer of Cottage Grove, MN and Karen Howells of Wayzata, MN. Mike was a lifelong fishing enthusiast. He retired at age 60 and moved from Minnesota to Naples, FL. He spent the last ten years of his life fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.
