Dahl, Arlene passed away peacefully at the age of 82 on June 3, 2024. Arlene was born in Brooklyn, NY. She received her nursing degree from St. Olaf College and later earned a Master of Arts in Theology. Arlene was the cherished wife of Dr. Mark Dahl. They shared a lifetime of love and joy. They traveled extensively visiting over 50 countries. Together they enjoyed raising their two sons Kristian and Jonathan. She loved spending time with them at their cabin in Pequot Lakes. Arlene was a skilled sewer and made beautiful quilts. Following her artistic side, she attended design school. She was creative with colors and textures in home design. For many years she enjoyed volunteering at Camp Discovery, a camp started by her husband over 30 years ago for children living with chronic skin conditions. Survived by her husband Mark, son Jon (Beth), daughter in law Julie, grandchildren Ryan (Eliza), Marissa, Kayla, Sarah, Cullen, Mark, Cooper, Braden. Great grandchild, Delaney and loving sisters and brothers in law, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Adolph and Thora, son Kristian and niece Kristin. Arlene will be laid to rest at Acacia Park Cemetery. A private memorial will be held to celebrate a life well lived.
