Rueb, Roy Thomas Age 83 of Forest Lake Loving Husband, Dad, Grandpa & Great- Grandpa, peacefully entered into Heaven on June 18, 2024. Roy was a proud class of 1958 Cretin High School graduate. From there he would further his education with a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota. He had a successful career working as a finance officer for Pentair. Most importantly to Roy was his devout Catholic faith. His path in Christ started at the Cathedral in St. Paul and led him to the parishes he called home: Church of St. Peter in Forest Lake, Church of St. Paul in Ham Lake & St. Anastasia Catholic Church in Fort Pierce, FL. Roy was generous with his time, energy and philanthropy to support the word and education of the Catholic Church. Preceded in death by wife, Mary Jo; son, Jeffrey; siblings, Janet Knowlan, John, Carol Holguin & Jim. Survived by wife, Diane; children, Stephanie (Tom) McCarthy, Roy (Colleen), Brian (Kelly) Aubrey, Andrew, Daniel (Kim), Joseph (Katie) & Michael (Liz); daughter-in-law, Danica; step-children, Sue (Dave) Haupt, Cathy Skoglund, Tom (Mel) Skoglund, Carol (Tim) Suess & Paul Skoglund; 33 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation 4-8 PM Wednesday, June 26th at Roberts Family Funeral Home, Forest Lake. A rosary service will take place from 4-4:30. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Thursday, June 27th with visitation beginning at 10 AM at The Church of Saint Paul, Ham Lake. Interment, Roselawn Cemetery, Roseville.
