Sally Ann Vincent, age 79 of Big Lake, passed away June 4, 2024. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald J. Vincent; parents, Dorothy & Harold Bolín; sister Jeannie (Ronald) Lannoye. She is survived by her sister Joyce (Ronnie) Hayes; brothers Robert (Judy) Bolín & James (Madonna) Bolin; children Ronda (Calvin) Aho, Michael Vincent, Donnie Vincent (Jennifer Wolff); grandchildren Sheyenne & Zachary Moulzolf, Zedekiah Vincent, Grayson Vincent, Tyler Ferrante; great grandchild Jax Moulzolf and her beloved cat, Oreo. Sally grew up in Big Lake, MN. She played the big bass drum in the marching band and while she looked innocent, she was a prankster; telling jokes, playing school pranks and was once caught skinny dipping in Big Lake with friends! She was fearless and full of life. After high school, she left to visit her sister Jeannie in Illinois, where she met Ronald. After only 2 dates in 3 days, a dare amongst friends led to a wedding that same week, resulting in 60 years of marriage. After Ronald served in the Navy, they moved to CT. It was here they met their neighbors, Dave & Terry McDonald, who knew as soon as they saw Sally's undergarments hanging in the window, they were destined to be lifelong friends. A loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Sally was constantly cleaning, baking and helping others. She worked for Social Services for over 20 years and volunteered in the community. She was always there for anyone who needed her. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held at 10 AM, July 20, at Saron Lutheran Church in Big Lake. Service at 11AM with a luncheon to follow.
