Johnston, Kathleen (nee Ross) Beloved Wife, Mom, Grandma & Friend Age 61, of Coon Rapids, died June 19, 2010 surrounded by her family. Survived by husband, Bob; children, James (Gena) Johnston, Jennifer (Scott Kingren) Johnston Deitz and Amy (Erik) Johnston; grandchildren, Sidney and Anna Deitz, Emily and Ethan Johnston; brother, Tom (Karen) Ross; brother- in-law, Tom Toner; nephew, Troy (Tami) Cunningham; great nieces, Haley and Madison. "Adopted Mom" to KC Engle and her children, Vanessa and Leighton; Breff, Seder, Kolp, V., and Kelli; special friends, Sharon, Ellen, Lisa, Lori and many more that loved the "Loonie Library Lady" as well as other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Al and Regina Ross; sister, Jeannine Toner and grandson, Ian Johnston. Visitation Thursday (June 24) 4-8 PM in the HOLCOMB- HENRY-BOOM-PURCELL FUNERAL HOME, 515 Hwy 96 W., at Mackubin, Shoreview and on Friday from 10:00 AM until time of service at the church. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Friday (June 25) at EPIPHANY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1900 111th Ave., NW., Coon Rapids. Interment Epiphany Church Cemetery.
