Moynihan Timothy Fitzgerald Moynihan, age 41, of Edina. Went to Heaven with his best friend, Chad Vogt on May 30, 2004. He is survived by his loving wife, Jeanne, and his two very special daughters, Annie and Caroline. He is also survived by his mother, Mary Fitzgerald Moynihan of Apple Valley; brothers, Patrick (Joyce) of Lakeville, Kevin (Elyse) of Eden Prairie, Shawn (Annette) of Hastings, Quinn (Beth) of Apple Valley, Brian (Jan) of Eagan; in-laws, Richard & Barbara Daly and sister-in-law, Carol Vogt. Preceded in death by his father, Frederick Arthur Moynihan. Tim was born December 28, 1962 in St. Paul, MN. He graduated in 1981 from Apple Valley High School, University of Minnesota, 1986 and William Mitchell Law School, 1991. He currently worked for the law firm of Krass and Monroe, of Bloomington. We will miss his bright smile and laughter that he brought wherever he went. We love him very much. Funeral service Friday, June 4, 11 AM at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, 50th & Knox, Mpls.
