Police ID man, woman found dead in car at Duluth airport

Lawrence and Ann Roscoe, of Duluth’s Lakeside neighborhood, were found in the top level of the parking ramp on Thursday evening.

DULUTH – The Duluth Police Department has identified the man and woman found dead Thursday in a parked car on the top level of a parking ramp at the Duluth International Airport.

Lawrence Roscoe, 75, and Ann Roscoe, 77, who were married and lived in the Lakeside neighborhood, were found after Duluth police were asked to check on a man who was having a mental health crisis, according to a news release from the police department. They found his car at the airport.

Ann Roscoe was an advocate for people with disabilities and had served on the Commission on Disabilities and on the board for Arc Northland. The couple were donors to Animal Allies.
