St. Paul police officers stood at a distance during a chant for prosecution of the police officer who shot Philando Castile during a traffic stop in Falcon Heights last week. The Friday protest at the Ramsey County attorney’s office was organized by the Twin Cities Coalition for Justice 4 Jamar. (The Minnesota Star Tribune)

Members of the Twin Cities Coalition for Justice 4 Jamar protested Friday at the offices of Ramsey County Attorney John Choi.

The protesters were calling for prosecution of the officer who shot Philando Castile.

Sophia Hansen-Day queried county worker Janet Hafner, while Loretta VanPelt chanted as police officers stood at a distance, and held a sign.

Protesters were told that Choi was unavailable.
