Public meeting

The city is sponsoring a panel discussion on the draft study from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, March 3, at the Martin Luther King Recreation Center, 271 Mackubin St.

The panel will include district council representatives and sober house operators and residents. Panelists would like to know your questions before the meeting; you can send them to:
