The sale of one of the two Carlson towers at the intersection of Interstates 394 and 494 is complete.
Accordint to a securities filing, KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II sold the 15-story office building -- known as the 601 Tower -- to a subsidiary of Canadian-based Artis Real Estate Investment Trust for $75 million. The tower spans 288,458 square feet of rentable space, and contains 2.3 acres of land.
