It wasn’t tea for two, it was tea for 125.
That’s the age of the historic Bruentrup Heritage Farm in Maplewood. At the farmhouse, the centerpiece of the 2½-acre family farm, tea was served to celebrate the long-ago lifestyle the farm represents.
Guests also were treated to a five-course meal and a history lesson from Maplewood Area Historical Society volunteers, including several Bruentrup family members. The tales transported guests to a simpler time.
