Scott Kazmir is 2-0 with a 2.08 ERA against the Twins this season. On June 21 he held the Twins to one run over seven innings. ... Kluber lost out to Kazmir for the final spot in the rotation during spring training but was called up in April and has made 15 starts. ... Second baseman Jason Kipnis stroked an RBI double in the eighth inning to help the AL down the NL 3-0 in the All-Star Game at Citi Field in New York.
