Shapco Printing site sold

Will be the new HQ for a non-profit

The Shapco Printing building near Target Field has been sold to United Properties Investment LLC for $6.98 million, according to a certificate of real estate value filed in Hennepin County on Tuesday.

The building, located at 524 5th St. N., will be used for the new headquarters for Be the Match, a national bone marrow non-profit that is currently located in Northeast Minneapolis. The seller was Shapiro Enterprises Limited Partnership.
