Should the Wolves be doing everything they can to improve their odds of getting one of the top three choices in this summer's NBA draft? You know, the thing that's often called "tanking" when teams do what they can to avoid winning games while appearing not to be losing on purpose.

In his column today, Chip Scoggins thinks the Wolves have been doing the right thing by trying to win instead of tumbling toward the bottom of the NBA, as several other teams appear to be doing.

What do you think?

The added wrinkle for the Timberwolves this season is they'll lose their pick to Golden State if they don't get one of the top three spots in the draft lottery. That was part of the deal that sent Andrew Wiggins to Golden State last year in return for D'Angelo Russell.

So should the Wolves be trying to lose right now or continuing to play their best lineup in hopes of finishing the season better than they started it? Let us know what you think in the comments.
