MARCH 19
Suspicious activity. An officer spotted a vehicle parked on Park Drive after hours at Lagoon Park, and spoke with a man and woman in the vehicle. They told the officer they were on a date and didn't want to go home yet. The officer advised them about park hours.
Drugs. An 18-year-old woman was cited for possession of marijuana, speeding and having no proof of insurance, following a traffic stop at Hwy. 169 and 173rd Street.
LAKEVILLE
MARCH 18-24
Theft. A 30-year-old man was cited for theft after he was caught shoplifting spark plugs from Mills Fleet Farm, 17070 Kenrick Av.
Suspicious person. Officers responded to a report of a man attempting to break into a moving truck at Kenyon Avenue and Kerrville Trail. They found a 27-year-old man who admitted to taking methamphetamine and who believed bees were swarming him. He also was sweating profusely despite the cold weather, and was taken to the hospital.
Drunken driving. A 74-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at Cedar Avenue and 190th Street W.
PRIOR LAKE
MARCH 13
Drugs. A 14-year-old Shakopee boy and a Savage man were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at Pike Lake Park, 4262 140th St.
MARCH 14
Theft. A safe and medications were stolen from a home in the 17100 block of Pheasant Meadow Lane. The actual date of the theft was unclear since the victim was in the process of moving.
MARCH 15
Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of possible drug activity at the dog park at Spring Lake Park in the 15800 block of Howard Lake Road. They located the suspect, who was playing an online game.
MARCH 17
Drunken driving. A 51-year-old Farmington man was arrested for drunken driving at Cub Foods, 14075 Hwy. 13.
MARCH 20
Drugs. A 63-year-old West St. Paul woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail.
SHAKOPEE
MARCH 14
Drunken driving. A 67-year-old Mounds View woman was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at Mystic Lake Drive and Valley View Road.
Drugs. A 55-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Mystic Lake Drive and Valley View Road.
MARCH 15
Drugs. A 37-year-old Fridley woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, hypodermic needles and marijuana in a motor vehicle, and driving after license revocation, following a traffic stop at Mystic Lake Drive and County Road 42.
MARCH 17
Tobacco violation. A 17-year-old Prior Lake girl was cited for possession of tobacco and curfew violation at Mystic Lake Drive and County Road 42.
Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at Pearson Auto Body, 1238 Vierling Drive. A 45-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for driving after license revocation and a warrant.
MARCH 18
Drugs. A 47-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a warrant out of Sibley County, in the 200 block of Dakota Street.
MARCH 19
Drugs. A 28-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, giving false information to a police officer and warrants at Canterbury Road and Hwy. 169.
Littering. A 34-year-old New Hope man was cited for littering at Canterbury Road and Hwy. 169.
