Assault. A 42-year-old Apple Valley woman was arrested for assault.

Traffic violation. A 47-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for impeding traffic by driving too slowly.

Theft. Farm equipment was reported stolen in the 4900 block of E. 250th Street.

Drug activity. A 31-year-old Randolph man was arrested for possession of six grams of narcotics and domestic assault.

Drug activity. A 23-year-old Hastings man was arrested for selling controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license.

Disorderly conduct. A 21-year-old inmate at the Isanti County jail in Cambridge was arrested for disorderly conduct, property damage, domestic assault and underage alcohol consumption.

DWI. A 25-year-old Chaska man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

MARCH 15

Disorderly conduct. A 38-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing the legal process in the 16800 block of Duluth Avenue SE.

Drug activity. A 33-year-old Eagan man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and ecstasy at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

MARCH 19

Property damage. Mailboxes were reportedly knocked off their posts and others smashed in the area of Wilds Ridge Court NW. and McKenna Road NW.

Theft from vehicle. A handicapped-vehicle tag, prescription medication and $30 were reported stolen from a vehicle near the intersection of Wilds Parkway NW. and NW. 154th Street.

Theft from vehicle. A rifle valued at $300 was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 5400 block of Fawn Meadow Curve SE.

MARCH 21

DWI. A 39-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for DWI after being stopped for ignoring a stop sign near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and SE. Pleasant Street.

Theft. A 19-year-old Eagan man was arrested for theft, receiving stolen property and possession of 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

Domestic assault. A 30-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for domestic assault, driving with an invalid driver's license and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle.

MARCH 12

Traffic violations. A 23-year-old Oakdale man was arrested for driving with a cancelled license and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for an equipment violation near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Dakota Avenue S. The man also had outstanding Hennepin and Washington County warrants.

Theft. Tools and equipment valued at $871 were reported stolen from a business in the 8200 W. 132nd Street.

Theft. Construction equipment valued at $3,000 was reported stolen from a parking lot in the 5700 block of Loftus Lane.

MARCH 17

DWI. A 39-year-old New Prague man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for poor driving. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.21 percent, police said.

Disorderly conduct. A 49-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 500 block of Roundhouse Street.

Assault. A 26-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for assault and obstructing the legal process with force in the 500 block of S. Dakota Street.

MARCH 20

Drug activity. A 25-year-old Eagle Lake man was arrested in the 1100 block of Canterbury Road S. for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a motor vehicle, driving with a revoked license, having no proof of insurance, driving with expired registration and obstruction of the legal process with force. A 24-year-old Mankato woman also was arrested for an outstanding Blue Earth County warrant.

MARCH 17

Fire. A shed fire was reported near the intersection of Panama Avenue and E. 200th Street.
