A WORLD PREMIERE Thursday-next Sunday: Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Christopher Rouse, who turns 60 on Feb. 15, is well on his way to writing a concerto for every major instrument. He's now turned his attention to the oboe; the results will be premiered in this week's Minnesota Orchestra concerts, led by Osmo Vänskä and featuring principal oboist Basil Reeve (pictured), to whose unerring A the orchestra has tuned since 1980.
