A 50-year-old St. Paul man died in a car crash Wednesday afternoon on a Dakota County highway.

Christopher A. Bisping was driving on southbound Hwy. 52 near 190th Street about 1 p.m. when he lost control, went through a median into northbound lanes and crashed head-on into another vehicle, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Both vehicles came to a stop in the median.
