FUN FACTS

• Born Los Angeles, 1971. Attended Crossroads School.

• Studied violin with Robert Lipsett in Los Angeles, with Aaron Rosand and Felix Galimir at the Curtis Institute and with Robert Mann at the Juilliard School.

• Violinist, Colorado Symphony, 1996-98.

• Concertmaster, St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, since September 1998.

• Guest concertmaster with Chamber Orchestra of Europe, Mahler Chamber Orchestra, Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, London Philharmonic, San Francisco Symphony, others.

• Co-founder, Alpenglow Chamber Music Festival; founding member, Accordo; performer at Boston Chamber Music Society, Marlboro Music, Chamber Music Northwest, Seattle Chamber Music Society, others.

• Recording: George Tsontakis' Violin Concerto No. 2, with the SPCO conducted by Douglas Boyd (Koch).
