TFD: Video and interview with Reds fan who snagged back-to-back home run balls

Good times.

We've been to hundreds of baseball games -- you might have noticed we just went to eight games in six days -- and we have never even been close to getting ball at a game.

Caleb Lloyd, a 20-year-old student at Thomas More College in Kentucky, was in a similar position ... until Monday night, when he snagged HOME RUN BALLS ON BACK-TO-BACK BATTERS.

We talked to Lloyd this afternoon for a Page 2 story, and he's too nice for anyone to be mad at him. The key quote: "After the first one, I was like 'my dreams have basically come to life.' I've been to ballparks, I can't count how many times.
And then to have another one come at me, it's unreal."

His slated to be the Reds' honorary captain tonight and will bring the lineup card out to the umps along with manager Dusty Baker. In case you missed his major moment of glory Monday, here it is:
