WRAPPING UP THE WOLVES

Regular season: 47-35, eighth in Western Conference.

Playoffs: Lost 4-1 to top seed Houston Rockets.

Of note: First playoff appearance in 14 years; one more victory and they could have been a No. 4 seed; one more loss and they would have missed the playoffs.

Statistical leaders: Scoring, Jimmy Butler, 22.2 points per game (15th in NBA); rebounding, Karl-Anthony Towns, 12.3 (fourth in NBA); assists, Jeff Teague, 7.0 (eighth in NBA).

Money men: Andrew Wiggins' max contract (five years, $146 million) starts next season. Towns is in line for a max contract starting in 2019-20. Butler is under contract through next season, then has a $19.9 million player option for 2019-20.

Decisions: Jamal Crawford can exercise a $4.5 million player option. Nemanja Bjelica is a restricted free agent. Derrick Rose is a free agent.

Draft picks: First round, 20th overall; second round, 48th overall.
