Hutchinson edges Becker in OT

• HUTCHINSON 16, BECKER 13 (OT): Marcus Hahn kicked a 30-yard field goal in overtime to help the Tigers outlast the Bulldogs. Adam Elliott intercepted a pass on the Bulldogs' ensuing possession to seal the victory for the defending Class 4A state champions. The Bulldogs had tied the score with a touchdown with 1:16 remaining in the fourth quarter but missed the PAT.

• EASTVIEW 21, BURNSVILLE 17: Will Rains rushed for 159 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Lightning past the Blaze. Rains also scored on a two-point conversion.

• LAKEVILLE NORTH 7, LAKEVILLE SOUTH 0: The Panthers, the two-time defending South Suburban Conference champions, opened with a strong defensive effort fueled by Jordan Cardenas' two interceptions. Jamiah Newell rushed for 155 yards for the Panthers.

• GLENCOE-SILVER LAKE 34, HOLY FAMILY 7: Jake Sutedemann rushed for three TDs and Keaton Anderson passed for two TDS to pace the visiting Panthers.

• CAMBRIDGE-ISANTI 34, DULUTH DENFELD 0: The Bluejackets limited the Hunters to five first downs and 69 yards in offense in the victory. Hunter Vavra rushed for two TDs and returned a blocked punt for a TD.

NOTES

• Chisholm defeated Cherry 28-0 in a game that was called off in the second quarter because Cherry didn't have enough players to continue.
