BOYS' BASKETBALL

• CHAMPLIN PARK 95, SPRING LAKE PARK 46: J.T. Gibson scored 23 points and Marty Hill and Jeremy Johnson each scored 16 to help the Rebels (20-0), ranked No. 1 in Class 4A, remain unbeaten.

GIRLS' BASKETBALL

• MINNETONKA 78, ELK RIVER 73: Courtney Fredrickson scored 17 points and Hannah Hedstrom 16 to lead the Skippers, ranked No. 4 in Class 4A, past the Elks, ranked No. 5. Abi Scheid scored 18 to lead the Elks.

• FRIDLEY 75, MINNEAPOLIS HENRY 42: Junior guard Suzanne Gilreath scored 34 points to pace the Tigers past the Patriots.

BOYS' HOCKEY

• EDINA 5, EDEN PRAIRIE 0: Dylan Malmquist scored twice and Kobi Boe made 29 saves to lead Edina, ranked No. 2 in Class 2A, past the No. 5 Eagles.

GIRLS' HOCKEY

• MAPLE GROVE 3, HOPKINS 2: Lauren Kaufman's goal with 6½ minutes left lifted the Crimson, ranked No. 3 in Class 2A, over the Royals.

WRESTLING

• MINNEAPOLIS SOUTH 55, MINNEAPOLIS HENRY 13: The Tigers earned their ninth consecutive Minneapolis City Conference title with the victory.

• MS. HOCKEY SEMIFINALISTS NAMED: Let's Play Hockey announced the 10 semifinalists for the 2015 Ms. Hockey Award on Thursday. They are: Grace Bizal (Hopkins), Lauren Boyle (Eden Prairie), Charly Dahlquist (Eden Prairie), Reagan Haley (Red Wing), Kate Hallett (St. Paul United), Karlie Lund (Blake), Dana Rasmussen (Dodge County), Paige Voight (Cretin-Derham Hall) and Taylor Williamson (Edina). The five finalists will be named in the Feb. 12 edition of Let's Play Hockey.

• SENIOR GOALIE OF THE YEAR SEMIFINALISTS NAMED: Let's Play Hockey also announced the 10 semifinalists for the Senior Goalie of the Year. They are: Julia Carle (Minnehaha United), Sydney Conley (South St. Paul), Abby Cooper (Lakeville North), Ashley Corcoran (Red Wing), Hannah Goettl (Champlin Park); Frances Marshall (Thief River Falls), Emma May (Cretin-Derham Hall), Leah Patrick (Hill-Murray), Paige Press (Park of Cottage Grove) and Brianna Storms (Moorhead). The five finalists will be named in the Feb. 5 edition of Let's Play Hockey.
