Man's best friend

In "Dogs in the City" (7 p.m., WCCO, Ch. 4), canine guru Justin Silver helps troubled animals and their equally troubled owners, starting with a recently divorced man and his obese pooch. "America's Next Top Model" (8 p.m., WUCW, Ch. 23) wraps up another season, which means another chance to crown a young woman we'll never hear of again. Maybe the winning prize should include marrying a cast member of "The Brady Bunch." That seems to be the only way to guarantee more time in the spotlight.
