In this Nov. 29, 2012, photo, musician, singer, song-writer, record producer and actor Jon Bon Jovi poses for a portrait in the Brooklyn Borough of New York. Bon Jovi was in a jovial mood when he sat down with The Associated Press last week to discuss his group's upcoming projects, but turned somber when he discussed the some of the more painful events to hit him in 2012.

Who'll stop the rain The New Jersey giants of music -- Jon Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen -- join forces to help raise money for those affected by superstorm Sandy in an all-star concert being titled "12-12-12" (6:30 p.m., various channels). Eddie Vedder, Eric Clapton, the Who and Paul McCartney also lend a hand. Where the ladies at?

The suite life Correspondent Scott Wapner racks up the frequent-flier miles as he checks into "Hotel: Behind Closed Doors at Marriott" (8 p.m., CNBC), a new documentary that visits India, New York City and New Orleans, all in the name of making sure the mini-bars are properly stocked.

Making a list "Barbara Walters Presents the 10 Most Fascinating People of 2012" (8:31 p.m., KSTP, Ch. 5) shines the spotlight on E.L. James, Chris Christie, Gabby Douglas and Hillary Rodham Clinton. All worthy names, but the honor instantly means nothing if Walters even mentions Honey Boo Boo.
