MARCH 19

Theft. Golf clubs were stolen from an unlocked shed in the 15900 block of NW. Eagle Street.

MARCH 25

Animal complaint. An officer responded to a report of a mole stuck in a fence at a home in the 15400 block of NW. Unity Street. The officer determined it was a muskrat. The fence was cut and the muskrat was released.

COLUMBUS

MARCH 19

Theft. Roof shingles were stolen from a home under construction in the 6500 block of NE. Broadway Avenue.

EDINA

APRIL 1

Drugs. A 34-year-old woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Walgreens, 6975 S. York Av.

JORDAN

MARCH 9

Check welfare. Officers responded to a report of a 911 hang-up call at a home on Augusta Court. A 5-year-old had made the call accidentally, and no assistance was needed.

MARCH 12

Suspicious activity. An officer responded to a report of a vehicle stopping at mailboxes in the area of Crestview Circle. The suspect vehicle was located and found to be delivering newspapers.

LAKE ST. CROIX BEACH

MARCH 15

Littering. Authorities received a report of numerous empty liquor bottles on the east side of Quant Avenue between 15th Street and Putnam Avenue. The complainant believes the bottles may have been deposited there over the winter and that someone might be driving impaired in the area.

LAKELAND

MARCH 13

Suspicious activity. A parked, occupied vehicle with its running lights on while in the area of 8th Street and Quinlan Avenue was determined to be a woman ordering a pizza to pick up in Hudson.

LAKEVILLE

WEEK OF MARCH 21-27

Indecent exposure. Officers responded to a report of a man exposing himself to a woman at Cub Foods, 17756 Kenwood Trail. A 22-year-old man was arrested.

LINWOOD

MARCH 20

Assault. Officers responded to a physical fight between neighbors in the 21700 block of NE. Viking Boulevard. Two women, both age 56, were fighting over nonpayment for a box of chicken nuggets. One woman was arrested for assault.

MAPLE GROVE

MARCH 16

Suspicious activity. An officer responded to a report of a missing vehicle from a parking lot in the 8000 block of Jefferson Hwy. The owner told the officer they could not locate their vehicle. A tow-truck driver arrived on the scene and said the wrong vehicle had been repossessed.

MARCH 20

Animal complaint. An officer responded to a report of a muskrat stuck in a fence in the 13000 block of 83rd Avenue. The muskrat was freed and relocated to a nearby park.

MAPLEWOOD

MARCH 19

Theft. A vehicle was reported stolen from a parking lot in the 2500 block of Hudson Road. The keys had been left in the center console.

MINNETRISTA

MARCH 21

Check welfare. An officer responded to a report of a 911 hang-up call at a home on Hillside Drive. It was found that children were playing with the phone.

NEW BRIGHTON

MARCH 18

Theft. A package of furnace filters delivered to an address in the 200 block of 16th Avenue was reported stolen.

Theft. A resident in the 100 block of 2nd Avenue reported the catalytic converters were stolen from two vehicles.

SHOREWOOD

APRIL 1

Drunken driving. A 43-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop for multiple traffic violations at Hwy. 7 and Sandpiper Trail.

TONKA BAY

APRIL 6

Drunken driving. A 57-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop for erratic driving on Manitou Road.
