Assist public. An officer responded to a report of a 7-year-old boy in the 5200 block of NE. 3rd Street who needed help in finding his mother. She was located and reunited with her son.
DEC. 4
Domestic. Officers responded to a report of a verbal domestic dispute in the 6400 block of NE. Jackson Street. They mediated between two adults who were arguing over household chores.

NOV. 24
Suspicious activity. A resident in the 11000 block of Hillcrest Court reported that lights in their neighbor's home were going on and off and thought it might be a signal for help. Authorities were unable to contact anyone at the residence but spoke later to the homeowner who said his toddler likes to flick the light switch.

DEC. 3
Check welfare. An officer responded to a report of juveniles at Dakota Point playing on the ice before it was safe to do so. The group was advised to stay off the ice until it gets thicker.
LAKEVILLE
WEEK OF DEC. 6-12
Theft. A wallet and jacket were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 20000 block of Keokuk Avenue.
MAPLE GROVE
NOV. 25
Animal complaint. An officer responded to a report of sheep gathered in the complainant's yard in the 16100 block of 73rd Place. The sheep, which had escaped through a broken fence, were safely herded back to a nearby farm.
DEC. 9
Suspicious activity. An officer responded to a report of a vehicle driving slowly through a neighborhood in the 18800 block of 65th Place for an extended period of time. The officer found that the vehicle belonged to a delivery driver who was dropping off packages.

DEC. 7
Recovered property. A driver pulled over by police near Hwy. 36 and White Bear Avenue was surprised to learn the license plates on her vehicle showed up as stolen out of Woodbury. It was determined her own plates had been removed at some point and replaced with the stolen ones. An officer removed the plates from her vehicle.
NEW BRIGHTON
DEC. 3
Warrant. Police arrested a 27-year-old woman on a warrant after they stopped to help with her vehicle near Interstate 694 and Central Avenue.
Drunken driving. Officers responding to a single-vehicle crash in the 1900 block of Rush Lake Trail arrested a 29-year-old man for drunken driving.

DEC. 2
Animal complaint. A passerby reported seeing a llama in an open field in the 6300 block of NW. 167th Avenue. It was determined that the llama lived there.
ST. ANTHONY
DEC. 3
Theft. A 2014 Ford F150 pickup truck was stolen from a driveway in the 3900 block of Fordham Drive.
DEC. 6
Theft. A 2007 Toyota Prius was stolen from outside a home in the 3000 block of Harding Street. The vehicle had been left locked but running and was recovered later that day in St. Paul.

DEC. 10
Drunken driving. A 63-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for drunken driving and failure to drive in a single lane following a traffic stop at NW. Canterbury Road and Marschall Road.
SHOREWOOD
DEC. 3
Driving violation. An officer responded to a report of a crash involving three vehicles on Mill Street. An 18-year-old Shorewood man was cited for use of a wireless device and inattentive driving.
WACONIA
DEC. 14
Driving violations. A 16-year-old Waconia boy was cited for careless driving, driving without lights, possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle and for a curfew violation following a traffic stop at Hwy. 5 and Mill Lane.

Suspicious activity. Blinking lights were reported in the area of Wildwood and Paddington roads at 1:30 a.m. A deputy determined that the lights were coming from a tow truck towing a vehicle.
