Fien was 1-2 with a 4.35 ERA in nine games with the Twins before going on the disabled list.
Tonkin had a 5.14 ERA in 11 outings (seven innings) with the Twins.
Emmanuel Rodriguez had an abbreviated season after being hit by the injury bug, but he showed promise as a disciplined hitter.
