The toughest game on the Cornhuskers' schedule pits one of the favorites in the West against one of the East's. But the host has already stumbled, losing in nonconference at Colorado. Nebraska comes to Minnesota on Oct. 12.
Northwestern at No. 8 Wisconsin, 11 a.m. (ABC)
In both teams' Big Ten West opener, the Badgers will look to continue their momentum against last year's champion. Northwestern plays hosts to the Gophers on Nov. 23. Wisconsin crosses the border Nov. 30.
