Minnesota Duluth was dominant from the get-go, outshooting Air Force 14-0 in the first period and getting goals from Joey Anderson and Nick Wolff. But Air Force didn't let the lead grow, and Evan Giesler's power-play goal with 6:16 left in the third made for a tight finish.

1. Nick Wolff, Minnesota Duluth: Sophomore defenseman scored to give the Bulldogs a 2-0 lead and had a game-high four shots on goal.
