UMD-Air Force recap
Minnesota Duluth defeated Air Force 2-1 on Saturday to reach its second consecutive Frozen Four.
Minnesota Duluth was dominant from the get-go, outshooting Air Force 14-0 in the first period and getting goals from Joey Anderson and Nick Wolff. But Air Force didn't let the lead grow, and Evan Giesler's power-play goal with 6:16 left in the third made for a tight finish.
