CORCORAN

DEC. 4

Domestic. Officers responded to a home on the 9000 block of Schutte Lane on a report of a verbal domestic dispute. According to police reports, there was an argument between a man and his 17-year-old son. The father had disciplined his son for smoking, and the son had begun throwing things around, police said. No one was injured. An officer spoke to the boy about respecting his parents and controlling his anger.

EDINA

DEC. 19

Curfew violation. Two 17-year-old boys and a 17-year-old girl were arrested at Interlachen Boulevard and Mirror Lake Drive for a curfew violation after the vehicle they were in was stopped for a traffic violation, police said.

DEC. 23

Theft. Jewelry valued at $2,300 was reported stolen from a home on the 6400 block of Limerick Drive.

DEC. 28

Robbery. Officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at Edible Arrangements at 5824 Lincoln Drive. According to police reports, an unknown person entered the store and used a gun to commit the robbery. The suspect fled with cash and a cell phone.

DEC. 29

Drugs. Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on the 6500 block of York Av. S. A 20-year-old Edina man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

EXCELSIOR

DEC. 5

Neighbor dispute. Officers responded to a home on the 500 block of Linden Street regarding a dispute between neighbors. According to police reports, a woman and her neighbor, who lives below her, got into an argument because he leaves for work early in the morning and his dog barks after he leaves. The case was forwarded to the city attorney for possible disorderly conduct charges, police said.

MAPLE GROVE

DEC. 27

Burglary. Someone stole $200 worth of meat from the basement freezer of a home on the 10600 block of Boundary Creek Lane.

MEDINA

DEC. 2

Gas odor. Officers responded to a home on the 1800 block of Meadowwoods Trail regarding a kitchen stove that would not shut off. The main gas was shut off and the officer advised the homeowner to get a new stove.

Fire. A resident reported seeing smoke near the front porch area of a neighbor's home on the 900 block of Foxberry Farms Road. An officer determined it was a dryer vent and that there was no fire.

PLYMOUTH

NOV. 23

Theft. Officers responded to a home on the 13200 block of 45th Avenue. The woman's adult daughter had had a house party while her mother was out of town, and some of her jewelry was missing. The loss was valued at $27,300.

DEC. 2

Terroristic threat. According to police reports, an employee was meeting with supervisors at a business on the 1600 block of Xenium Lane. The meeting was regarding the employee being late for work. The employee, a 37-year-old Arden Hills man, took out a knife, opened it and threatened the boss, police said. Officers arrested the man.

DEC. 4

Assault. Officers responded to a gas station on the 10100 block of Rockford Road regarding a family domestic case. According to police reports, 25-year-old twin sisters were involved in a physical altercation. Both were arrested.

SHOREWOOD

DEC. 3

Traffic violation. A 17-year-old Victoria boy was cited for exhibition driving after an officer observed him spinning in a tight 360-degree circle in the parking lot of Beacon Bank, 19765 Hwy. 7, during a winter storm, police said.
