EDINA

JUNE 14

Underage consumption. An officer observed two people lying on the ground near the roadway in the 4500 block of Casco Avenue. An 18-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman, both from Edina, were arrested for underage consumption of alcohol.

JUNE 16

Theft. Someone stole 33 plastic flamingo lawn ornaments from the front yard of a home in the 6100 block of Brookview Avenue.

JUNE 18

Disturbance. Officers responded to a disturbance call on the 6200 block of Knoll Drive. They arrested an 18-year-old woman, two 15-year-old boys, one 16-year-old girl and two 17-year-old girls for underage consumption of alcohol. Also arrested was a 57-year-old man for allowing an open house party.

INDEPENDENCE

JUNE 9

Animal complaint. A woman from a home on the 7700 block of Pioneer Creek Road called police to report that she and her children were unable to get out of their truck because the neighbor's barking and growling dog was threatening them. When officers arrived, the woman and her children were in their home. She said the dog had walked away from the vehicle long enough for her to be able to get herself and her children into the home.

MAPLE GROVE

JUNE 13

Theft. Someone stole golf clubs, hockey sticks and Minnesota Twins season tickets from an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of a home in the 7700 block of Fountains Lane.

JUNE 15

Property damage. Someone set off MacGyver bombs in the yard of a home in the 6500 block of Lanewood Lane and damaged the grass.

MEDINA

JUNE 12

Theft. Someone from a home on the 21200 block of Larkin Road called police to report a theft. Someone had stolen a cat, a saddle, blankets and bags of grain from the home.

MINNETRISTA

JUNE 15

Drugs. Police pulled over a vehicle for an equipment violation on County Road 110W. The driver, an 18-year-old Mound man, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. His passenger, an 18-year-old male, was cited for possession of marijuana.

JUNE 17

Welfare check. Someone called police to report that a woman was knocking on doors asking for help in the 4000 block of Kings Point Road. Officers located the barefoot 44-year-old woman. She had been involved in a domestic dispute in a vehicle and had gotten out of the vehicle, police said. Officers gave her a ride to a nearby gas station.

PLYMOUTH

JUNE 5

Drunken driving. Police responded to a call about a vehicle driving the wrong way on the freeway near Interstate 494 and Hwy. 55. Police arrested the driver, a 37-year-old Plymouth woman, for drunken driving.

JUNE 12

Trespassing. Someone called police to report a group of people on the roof of the school in the 16000 block of 41st Avenue. Officers found four men on the roof. Three 19-year-old men and a 20-year-old man, all from Plymouth, were cited for trespassing on school property.

JUNE 15

Theft. A man called police to report that his vehicle had been stolen from the driveway of his home in the 13400 block of 54th Avenue. The vehicle was unlocked and the keys were inside. The vehicle was recovered later that night by the Maplewood Police Department.

JUNE 16

Disorderly conduct. Two 16-year-old boys were cited for disorderly conduct for using a squirt gun to spray the occupant of a vehicle on 36th Avenue and Vicksburg Lane.
