• At some co-ops (Mississippi Market, Seward Community Co-op) and the Will Heal Farm (Cedar, Minn., 763-753-8611, www.willhealfarm.com) for fresh nettles.
• In the bulk tea area at some co-ops and health food stores for dried nettles.
• Online; look for dried nettles.
