Which retailers/restaurants offer bonuses w/ a gift card purchase?

On Thursday, Dec. 23 in Steals+Deals, I'm publishing a list of restaurants that offer a free bonus gift card with a minimum purchase of gift cards.

Here's a list of other restaurants and retailers and their deals that I didn't have room for on Thursday. Feel free to send me more (jewoldt@startribune.com) or add them to the comments on the blog. You can purchase a combination of gift card amounts to reach the minimum. For example, you can buy four $25 cards to reach $100 to qualify for the bonus.

AMC: Buy $50 in gift cards and get a $10 bonus card for concessions.

Applebees: Spend $50 in gift cards and get a $10 bonus card.

Barnes & Noble: Spend $100 in gift cards and get a $10 eGift card.

Borders: Spend $50 in gift cards and get a $10 bonus card.

California Pizza Kitchen, Granite City, McCormick and Schmick, Redstone and Santorini: Spend $79.99 at Costco and get $100 in value through Costco while supplies last. In store only.

Crave restaurants: Spend $100 and get a $20 bonus card.

Jamba Juice: Buy a $25 gift card and get a free 16 oz. smoothie.

Jax Cafe: Spend $100 in gift cards and get a $20 bonus card..

Kincaids: Get a 20 percent discount on gift cards of any amount through Dec. 26.

Lindey's Prime Steakhouse: Spend $100 and get a $20 bonus card. Choose "will call" online for free shipping. The card(s) will be mailed via regular mail at no extra cost.

Macaroni Grill: Spend $25 on a gift card and get a $5 bonus card.

Massage Retreat & Spa: Buy two gift cards for $40 each (or more) and get a card for one free service during non-peak hours ($40 value) in the Plymouth or Edina salon. Must sign up for email alerts to get the voucher to use the coupon. The offer is only available in the store (not online) and ends Dec. 24.

Melting Pot: Buy $100 and get four $25 bonus cards that may be used one per visit in 2011. The bonus offer is good only in the Minneapolis location at 80 S. 9th St,, not online.

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse: Spend $250 in gift cards and get a $25 bonus.

Sanctuary: Spend $100 and get $20 in a bonus gift card.

Spill the Wine: Spend $100 in gift cards and get a $25 bonus card.

Subway: For every $20 loaded on a Subway gift card, get a 6-inch sub free.
