Best-selling thriller writer Vince Flynn's dream of seeing his protagonist Mitch Rapp blow away the bad guys on screen is much closer to reality with Antoine Fuqua ("Training Day") set to direct a film version of "Consent to Kill" with Lorenzo di Bonaventura producing. Who should play Rapp? Flynn, who lives near St. Paul, favors Gerard Butler, but action hunk Jason Statham's name seems to be no. 1 on the fans' wish list, and Mark Wahlberg's name has also been bandied about. Any other ideas?
