Nashville Predators at Wild

Predators update: Nashville also played Friday afternoon, losing to Tampa Bay 3-2 in overtime. That was the third straight game the Predators have dropped and second in a row in overtime. Their recent woes combined with their slow start have them second-to-last in the Central Division. Most of Nashville’s struggles have come on the road, where the team is 2-6-3. The Predators, coached by former Wild playoff hero Andrew Brunette, are 1-2 in the second half of a back-to-back.

Injuries: Wild D Jonas Brodin (upper body), LW Jakub Lauko (lower body) and RW Mats Zuccarello (lower body) are out. Predators D Jeremy Lauzon (lower body) and RW Michael McCarron (upper body) are out.
