Social media fame was just the beginning for Kate Arends Peters of Wit & Delight.

Now she's hitting the real world — big-time — with a collection of party supplies at Target stores across the United States and Canada.

The Wit & Delight collection is meant to help you pull off a "warm social gathering that's centered around artisan food and craft beer," said Angie Thompson, a Target spokeswoman.

The limited-edition line features growlers, beer glasses, table decor and paper plates, even pencils for jotting down notes about what you're tasting. True to Arends Peters' online style, there are geometric shapes in neutral colors with gold accents. Kitchen towels and napkins have quirky sayings, including "Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder." The items will be available in Target stores and online Sept. 14. Prices range from $3 to $25.

Arends Peters is the third Pinterest user and lifestyle blogger to work with Target on a line of party products. Previous collections have come from Joy Cho of Oh Joy! in Los Angeles and Jan Halvarson of Poppytalk in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The partnerships give Target products prominent placement on a social network known for driving traffic to retail websites. Party supplies are a natural fit, Thompson said, because Pinterest users pin more than 700,000 party-planning images every day.

They picked Arends Peters to design a collection because of her distinctive style, Thompson said: "It's both accessible and elegant and also has a bit of a sense of humor."
