Preview: The Lynx beat up the Mystics 101-81 Tuesday, but expect a tougher game Thursday. They shot nearly 60 percent and hit 12 of 17 three-pointers.
Players to watch: Lynx G Seimone Augustus had her best game of the season, scoring 24 points, the most she's posted in a playoff game since 2012. C Sylvia Fowles scored 18 points with seven rebounds. Maya Moore hit three of four three-pointers on the way to 14 points. She has made 22 of 42 (52.4 percent) threes in her past eight games; Washington F Elena Delle Donne scored 17 points Tuesday, but took just 11 shots. C Emma Meesseman scored 15 points. G Kristi Toliver was held to three points on 1-for-7 shooting.
Numbers: The Lynx are 25-5 all-time in home playoff games. Their 59.4-percent shooting was second best in franchise playoff history. Now the records: Their seven made threes in the third quarter Tuesday (on seven attempts) matched a league playoff record for a quarter. The Lynx also set league playoff records for most made shots in a row (13 from midway through the second quarter into the early third) and consecutive three-pointers made (nine from midway through the second quarter to the end of the third).
Injuries: Washington G Tayler Hill (knee) is out.
