The Timberwolves outscored San Antonio by 20 points in the second quarter. It was their highest point differential against the Spurs in a single quarter. It also was the first time in four years the Wolves held an opponent to nine or fewer points in a quarter (vs. Philadelphia on Dec. 3, 2014).
