X Games moves skateboard vert qualifier to Wednesday night
The X Games will start a day earlier than scheduled.

The Skateboard Vert qualifier was scheduled for Thursday. Instead it happens at 8 p.m. tonight at U.S. Bank Stadium. It is closed to the public.
The remaining Thursday events will run as scheduled — Skateboard vert final at 9 p.m., followed by the BMX Vert final at 10:15 p.m. Both will be televised on ESPN.
Thursday's competitions are free.
The X Games run through Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium.
Micah Davis' holds the state mark in the 100-yard butterfly and has his eye on the national number. Also in the realm of possibility: the 2028 Olympics.
