Vikings cornerback Xavier Rhodes will undergo testing on his injured knee after he was a late scratch for Sunday's win against the Tennessee Titans, according to head coach Mike Zimmer.

Rhodes was originally listed on the team's injury report with a hamstring injury, which limited him in practice throughout the week. Though he was a late addition to the team's 'questionable' category with the new injury just hours before kickoff in Nashville. He was a late scratch, giving way to second-year cornerback Trae Waynes' second career start.

Zimmer said Rhodes will undergo a "scan," presumably a magnetic resonance imaging scan to determine what happened to his knee during pregame warm-ups. He "felt a pop" in the knee, Zimmer said.

After the game, Rhodes was walking out of the locker room without any visible support. He said he woke up this morning and the knee "wasn't feeling right."

It was his first missed start since taking over at right cornerback at the start of the 2014 season.

Rhodes initially tweaked his hamstring in the Aug. 18 preseason game in Seattle, though he returned to practice last week and was limited throughout.
