Drug activity. A 19-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of marijuana near W. 150th Street and Galaxie Avenue.

DWI. A 19-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for DWI, theft, driving with a revoked license and having no proof of insurance after being involved in a hit-and-run accident with an occupied vehicle near W. 150th Street and Galaxie Avenue.

DWI. A 21-year-old Eagan woman was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding near W. 150th Street and Redwood Drive.

Assault. A 30-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for assault on the 8300 block of Upper 138th Court.

Domestic assault. A 25-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for domestic assault on the 13900 block of Holyoke Court.

Assault. A 28-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for domestic assault on the 7600 block of Whitney Drive.

Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of marijuana near W. 153rd Street and Cedar Avenue.

NOV. 17

Drug activity. A 44-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on the 12900 block of Girard Avenue S.

NOV. 18

Traffic stop. A 30-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for possession of an open bottle, and a 32-year-old man was arrested for possession of an open bottle, driving without a valid license and having no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for failure to signal a turn.

Burglary. Two 18-year-old Lakeville men were arrested for burglary.

EAGAN

Theft from motor vehicle. A truck was placed on concrete blocks and its tires and rims were stolen at View Point Apartments, 3925 Valley View Drive N.

Theft. A bicycle and a tool chest containing miscellaneous Snap-On tools valued at $1,900 were reported stolen from a garage at the Bayberry Place Apartments, 3395 Yankee Doodle Lane.

NOV. 21

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test after a traffic stop for an inoperable brake light near Interstate 35E and Pilot Knob Road.

Theft. Three hundred tablets of hydrocodone were reported stolen by an employee at Walgreens, 2010 Cliff Road.

Drug activity. An Albert Lea woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and a woman was arrested on Washington and St. Louis County warrants at Wal-Mart, 1360 Town Centre Drive.

NOV. 26

Theft. A semi trailer was reported stolen from Midwest Carrier, 3165 Dodd Road. A driver took the trailer without permission and was refusing to bring it back.

Theft. Real hair extensions valued at $450 were reported stolen at Sally's Beauty Supply, 1278 Town Centre Drive.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test near Lexington Avenue and Neil Armstrong Boulevard.

DWI. A woman was arrested for DWI near E. 160th Street and Goodwin Avenue.

Theft from motor vehicle. Windows were broken on motor vehicles parked adjacent to each other and a purse was stolen from one car and a laptop computer and iPad were stolen from the other at the Eagan Community Center, 1501 Central Pkwy.

Burglary. Electronics valued at $10,000 were reported stolen during a forced entry burglary on the 1700 block of Flamingo Drive.

Theft from motor vehicle. An Xbox One and cellphone were reported stolen from a vehicle at Jimmy John's, 3250 Denmark Av. E.
