Special crappie regulation on 10 Otter Tail County lakes

DNR resource managers have tightened harvest restrictions on crappies in 38 lakes in an attempt to put quality over quantity. Ten of those lakes are in Otter Tail County. The special regulations include five-fish bag limits and/or minimum sizes.
