Hall of Fame
"Giving is good business," according to Wayne Kostroski, the founder of Taste of the NFL (a 26-year-old hunger relief fundraiser) and co-owner of Cuisine Concepts and the Franklin Street Bakery. His efforts were noted by the Minnesota Restaurant Association, which recently inducted him into the Minnesota Hospitality Hall of Fame. "Together we all focus on changing lives and creating memories for everyone we encounter in our cafes, restaurants and food service operations," he said in his acceptance speech.
