DEBT AND EQUITIES KONE Corp., Helsinki, has acquired the business of Eagle Elevator Corp., a St. Paul-based independent elevator service company. Eagle and KONE will combine operations under the KONE name in the next few months. Besides maintenace on more than 1,000 units, Eagle does modernization and repair work.

Avtex, Bloomington, acquired Greenville-S.C.-based Reliant CCS. Terms were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens Avtex's presence in the Southeast.

NEW BUSINESS Imation Corp., Oakdale, said that McAfee will transition its Encrypted USB device business to Imation, a McAfee partner and the McAfee Encrypted USB devices' OEM manufacturer and supplier. Imation will sell these USB devices and the related USB management software extension for McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, and will provide support for new Encrypted USB customers.
