MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS Cargill Inc., Minnetonka, bought the Envirotemp FR3 fluid business and brand from Cooper Power Systems, Milwaukee, a subsidiary of Cooper Industries. Cargill manufactures the FR3 renewable dielectric fluid from vegetable oil.
