PERSONNEL MOVES Michael Boardman has been named central region president and Twin Cities market leader for the U.S. Bank Wealth Management Group, a unit of U.S. Bancorp, Minneapolis. Boardman previously was market executive and regional chief executive officer at U.S. Trust Co. in Minneapolis. The central region comprises Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa.
HighJump Software, Eden Prairie, has named Timothy Campbell chief executive officer and board member. Campbell previously was president of Symyx Software, the software division of Symyx Technologies Inc.
